  • DAM Integration & Asset Management: Support the team in organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets within our Digital Asset Manager (DAM), helping to improve asset discoverability and governance.
  • Visual QA: Help QA published web content against design specifications, flagging discrepancies between approved designs and live pages and working with the team to resolve them.
  • Wireframing Support: Assist senior designers in creating basic wireframes and user flows to support content updates and new page builds.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the documentation of CMS components, content templates, and design patterns to support content authors and team knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Participate in team stand-ups, design reviews, and sprint ceremonies, gaining exposure to agile ways of working.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communications, Information Systems, or a related field. Sophomore or junior standing preferred.
  • Design Fundamentals: Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and basic understanding of user-centered design concepts.
  • Design Tools: Basic proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with web-based platforms and content management systems; prior exposure to any CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing content and designs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Curiosity & Initiative: Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
