  • Owner of patterning process development for perovskite solar modules, including laser scribe process and inkjet print process.
  • Develop, optimize, and qualify laser-scribing processes for perovskite solar cells and interconnected modules. Evaluate nano-, pico-, and femtosecond laser technologies for selective material removal. Evaluate laser sources, beam-delivery optics, galvanometer scanners, translation stages, vision systems, extraction systems, and process-monitoring technologies. Establish robust process windows for scribes, edge deletion, perimeter isolation, contact opening processes, without damaging underlying electrodes, substrates, or adjacent functional layers. Minimize laser-induced defects. Optimize laser parameters, such as wavelength, pulse duration and energy, repetition rate, scan speed, pulse overlap, spot size, beam profile, focus position, number of passes, etc. Develop alignment strategies between laser patterns, printed features, coated layers, and substrate fiducials, etc. Optimize layout, including scribe width, overlap, and interconnect geometry to maximize active area, module geometric resistance , & efficiency. Establish SOP and PM procedure for laser processes and tool maintenance. Troubleshoot laser process related issues, improve yield and thruput. Extra responsibility may include development of inkjet print process Evaluate printheads, nozzle technologies, fluid-delivery systems, waveform-control capabilities, drop-watchers, substrate handling, and environmental controls. Develop stable jetting conditions by optimizing: printhead waveform, drop volume and velocity, jetting frequency, ink/printhead temperature, nozzle-to-substrate distance, printing speed, drop spacing, print resolution, number of passes, printing sequence and direction, etc. Characterize ink properties, including viscosity, surface tension, density, particle size and distribution, solvent evaporation behavior, shelf life, chemical compatibility with printhead components, etc. Optimize interactions among ink, substrate, and deposited device layers. Control wetting, coalescence, drying, crystallization, and surface/interface quality. Optimize drying, annealing, curing, or photonic post-treatment to achieve required film properties without degrading sensitive device structures underneath. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
