Job description:

Resumen del Cargo

El Supervisor de Bodega será responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias del almacén para garantizar la recepción, almacenamiento y distribución eficiente de mercancías. Este rol implica la gestión de inventarios, la coordinación de despachos y recepciones, así como el mantenimiento de registros precisos de todas las transacciones. Además, será responsable de capacitar a los nuevos colaboradores en los procedimientos del almacén y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Gestionar los niveles de inventario: Supervisar los niveles de existencias de materias primas, repuestos y productos terminados en el almacén. Mantener inventarios óptimos para minimizar faltantes sin generar costos excesivos de almacenamiento.
  • Coordinar despachos y recepciones: Organizar las entregas entrantes y salientes de acuerdo con los cronogramas de producción. Mantener comunicación constante con las empresas de transporte para garantizar entregas oportunas.
  • Mantener registros precisos: Controlar y registrar todos los movimientos de inventario, incluyendo recepciones, traslados y despachos. Actualizar periódicamente las bases de datos e información de inventarios.
  • Capacitar a nuevos colaboradores: Brindar inducción y entrenamiento a nuevos empleados sobre los procesos del almacén y los protocolos de seguridad. Asegurar que el personal conozca las técnicas adecuadas de manipulación de cargas y operación de equipos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad: Implementar medidas preventivas para evitar accidentes y lesiones en el área de almacén. Realizar inspecciones periódicas y tomar acciones correctivas ante riesgos identificados.
  • Resolver incidencias operativas: Identificar y solucionar discrepancias en inventarios, errores en despachos u otras situaciones operativas. Coordinar con diferentes áreas para corregir problemas recurrentes y mejorar procesos.

Requisitos y Calificaciones

  • Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.
  • Experiencia previa en operaciones de almacén, bodega o centros de distribución.
  • Sólidas habilidades de organización y planificación.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Microsoft Excel o Google Sheets.
  • Capacidad física para manipular y levantar cargas cuando sea necesario.
  • Conocimiento de normas de seguridad ocupacional, procedimientos de emergencia y buenas prácticas de almacenamiento.
