Resumen del Rol:

Buscamos estudiantes universitarios que desee realizar su práctica profesional y complementar su formación académica mediante una experiencia de aprendizaje en un entorno corporativo. Durante un período de tres a seis meses, el/la practicante tendrá la oportunidad de apoyar iniciativas del área asignada, fortalecer conocimientos relacionados con su carrera y participar en proyectos bajo la guía y supervisión de profesionales del equipo.

La práctica incluirá observación de procesos, apoyo en actividades del departamento y el desarrollo de un proyecto o entregable académico alineado con los objetivos de aprendizaje definidos por la universidad y el área de negocio. Esta experiencia está diseñada con fines formativos y de desarrollo profesional, brindando exposición práctica al entorno laboral mientras contribuye al crecimiento del estudiante.

Requisitos generales

• Ser estudiante activo de una universidad o institución de educación superior reconocida y cursar una carrera relacionada con la asignación.

• Encontrarse en la etapa académica requerida por su universidad para realizar la práctica profesional o contar con aprobación formal de la institución.

• Presentar carta de la universidad con nombre del estudiante, carrera, periodo, horas requeridas, objetivos académicos y confirmación de que la práctica forma parte o ha sido aprobada dentro de su formación.

• Presentar hoja de vida, identificación y cobertura de seguro de accidentes o la documentación equivalente exigida por la universidad y Cobre Panamá.

• No se requiere experiencia laboral. Se valoran proyectos académicos, investigación, voluntariado, asociaciones estudiantiles y manejo básico de herramientas relacionadas con su carrera.

• Disponibilidad para completar entre tres y seis meses y cumplir las horas definidas por la institución educativa, el convenio y el departamento asignado.

• Administración, cadena de suministro y logística: Administración de Empresas, Logística y Transporte, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Ingeniería Comercial, Comercio o Negocios Internacionales e Ingeniería Industrial.

• Tecnología, datos y telecomunicaciones: Ingeniería de Sistemas Computacionales, Sistemas de Información, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información, Desarrollo de Software, Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Ciencia de Datos o disciplinas afines.

• Finanzas y control: Contabilidad, Finanzas, Banca, Economía, Auditoría, Administración Financiera o disciplinas afines.

• Legal y cumplimiento: Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, Derecho, Cumplimiento o disciplinas afines.

• Ingeniería, mantenimiento y automatización: Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Automatización y Control, Energía, Ingeniería Industrial u otras ingenierías relacionadas.

• Personas, seguridad y salud: Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Higiene y Seguridad Industrial, Prevención de Riesgos o disciplinas afines.

• Comunicación y asuntos corporativos: Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación Social, Mercadeo, Publicidad, Diseño Gráfico, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración Turística y Hotelera Bilingüe o disciplinas afines.

• Asuntos comunitarios y ambiente: Trabajo Social, Sociología, Desarrollo Comunitario, Gestión Ambiental, Ingeniería Ambiental, Saneamiento y Ambiente, Biología, Geografía, Recursos Naturales o disciplinas afines.
