Om rollen

Som Talent Sourcing Consultant hos oss vil du bidra til at mennesker får drømmejobben, og at arbeidsgivere får riktige ressurser på riktig sted, til riktig tid. Du vil jobbe tett sammen med Lead Recruiter og ha ansvar for:

  • Strukturert kandidatsøk via LinkedIn Recruiter, nettverk og relevante databaser.
  • Kartlegge markeder gjennom presis Boolean search
  • Kommunikasjon og grundig kvalifisering av kandidater før presentasjon
  • Utarbeidelse av korte og tydelige kandidatpresentasjoner
  • Bidra aktivt i sparring for å sikre kvalitet og fremdrift i leveransen.

Hvem er du?

For å trives og lykkes i denne rollen, tror vi at du har minst 2 – 3 års erfaring fra rekruttering, headhunting eller Talent Acquisition.

Du er nysgjerrig, interessert i mennesker og genuint opptatt av å forstå markedet: Hvem jobber hvor? Hvorfor? Hvem beveger seg? Hvem gjør det bra?

Talent Sourcing er metodisk arbeid. Du må like systematikk, Boolean search, logikk og det å bygge søk steg for steg.

Det tar tid å bygge en god kandidatpipeline. Du må tåle at ikke alle svarer, at mange ikke vil være interessert, og at du må justere kursen underveis.

Det er viktig at du kommuniserer godt, både skriftlig og muntlig, på norsk og engelsk.
