Key Responsibilities

  • 12+ years of leadership experience within Investment Operations, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale product strategies and complex operational transformations.
  • Proven success managing executive stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making across multiple business functions.
  • Strong knowledge of investment operations workflows, operational controls, governance practices, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience establishing product roadmaps, success metrics, and operating models that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing or contributing to business performance, revenue growth, and P&L objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide product organizations or large strategic investment operations platforms.
  • Track record of delivering platform modernization, process simplification, and operational efficiency programs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
