Atuará de forma integrada com as áreas Operacional, clientes e órgãos competentes, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, requisitos regulatórios e procedimentos internos. Será um ponto de apoio para a gestão documental, o controle de pagamentos, o agendamento de aferições e a atualização dos sistemas da empresa. Também contribuirá para a confiabilidade das informações operacionais, a conformidade das atividades e a melhoria contínua dos controles da área.Principais responsabilidades: Realizar o controle administrativo e o monitoramento dos processos de aferição metrológica.Atualizar e acompanhar a renovação dos Atestados de Autorização de oficinas junto aos órgãos competentes.Acompanhar inspeções realizadas por órgãos fiscalizadores e providenciar a documentação necessária para renovação das autorizações.Apoiar e acompanhar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a disponibilidade e a conformidade dos documentos.Gerar pedidos de compra no sistema, encaminhar guias para pagamento e acompanhar o fluxo junto ao Financeiro.Monitorar os pagamentos das guias, enviar comprovantes aos órgãos competentes e assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos.Validar, cadastrar e atualizar documentos nos sistemas internos e portais de clientes.Acompanhar o andamento e o deferimento de processos junto aos clientes e órgãos competentes.Elaborar e encaminhar a previsão financeira mensal das aferições metrológicas ao departamento Financeiro.Realizar prestações de contas e enviar ofícios relacionados às atividades de aferição.Apoiar o cadastro e a validação de informações de equipamentos em processo de implantação.Atualizar mensalmente os controles de equipamentos ativos e das respectivas aferições.Solicitar, acompanhar e confirmar os agendamentos de aferições metrológicas junto aos órgãos competentes.Abrir, acompanhar e encerrar ordens de serviço em sistemas internos e externos.Organizar, conferir, digitalizar e manter atualizados os arquivos físicos e digitais da área.Alimentar e atualizar sistemas e planilhas de controle, assegurando a confiabilidade das informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Graduação completa em Administração, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento intermediário de Excel. Será aplicado teste prático.Organização, atenção aos detalhes, capacidade de acompanhamento de prazos e boa comunicação escrita.
