The posting

Bij een graanverwerker wordt tarwe elke dag gemalen tot bloem en bakkerijmengsels voor ambachtelijke bakkers en de voedingsindustrie. Grondstoffen komen binnen via buitenlandse leveranciers, afgewerkte producten vertrekken naar klanten in heel Europa, en elke stroom laat een btw- en intracommunautair spoor na in de boekhouding. Daarvoor is een ervaren boekhouder nodig die de boekhouding van A tot Y in eigen beheer neemt, van dagboeken en betalingen tot aangiftes en balans. Daarom zoeken wij een Boekhouder A-Y.

Takenpakket

  • Btw en buitenland: je stelt de btw-aangiftes op, verzorgt de Intrastat-opgaven en de periodieke milieubijdragen, en zorgt dat elke intracommunautaire aankoop en levering correct geboekt en gerapporteerd wordt.
  • Van factuur tot bank: je controleert en boekt inkomende facturen, bereidt de betalingen voor en voert ze uit, en verwerkt de bankverrichtingen en loonboekingen, zodat je dagboeken altijd actueel zijn.
  • Balans en afsluiting: je volgt de balansrekeningen op en bereidt de maand- en jaarafsluiting voor, met de financeafdeling van de groep als klankbord. Daarnaast neem je algemene administratieve taken op je, help je mee bij personeelsdossiers en denk je mee over efficiëntere werkprocessen.

Profiel

  • Een diploma boekhouding of bedrijfsadministratie of gelijkwaardig, met aantoonbare ervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie, op een kantoor of in een bedrijf.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met btw, ook bij intracommunautaire handel, en werkt vlot met Excel en boekhoudsoftware. Ervaring met Navision of Business Central is een troef.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke gegevens.
