Boekhouder Aankoop en Voorraad | Magazijn en showroom

Al meer dan 40 jaar levert deze groothandel in automatisering hekaandrijvingen, garagedeuraandrijvingen, toegangscontrole en videofonie aan professionele installateurs. Alles vertrekt uit een eigen magazijn met showroom: wat binnenkomt bij leveranciers, ligt even later bij de installateur. Wie die goederenstroom in de boekhouding wil volgen, van aankoopfactuur tot betaling, vindt hier zijn plek. Daarom zoeken wij voor de regio Maasmechelen een Boekhouder Aankoop en Voorraad.

Takenpakket

  • Aankoopzijde: je boekt en controleert leveranciersfacturen, stemt ze af op bestellingen en leveringen en bereidt de betalingen voor.
  • Voorraad in de cijfers: je volgt de voorraadbewegingen van magazijn en showroom op in de boekhouding en helpt bij de voorraadwaardering in de maand- en jaarafsluiting.
  • Leveranciers en groep: je stemt leveranciersrekeningen af, beantwoordt vragen van leveranciers en schakelt met de collega's van finance binnen de groep.

Profiel

  • Een diploma boekhouding of bedrijfsadministratie en minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Vlot in Excel; ervaring met Navision of Business Central is een troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, en spreekt vlot Nederlands.

  • Voorraad als specialisatie: een vaardigheid die je marktwaarde verhoogt.
  • Kennismaken met Business Central wanneer het nieuwe ERP er komt.
  • Groepscontext: je werkt samen met de finance-collega's van de holding.
  • Een vaste onderneming in plaats van een portefeuille van klanten.
  • Kort overleg met aankoop en magazijn: problemen los je meteen op.
  • Een voorspelbaar maandritme dankzij stabiele aankoopstromen.
