Boekhouder Inkomende en Uitgaande Facturen | Goedkeuringsflow

Sinds 1941 ontwikkelt deze internationale onderneming hoogwaardige additieven voor coatings, drukinkten, engineering plastics en smeermiddelen. De Belgische vestiging combineert productie met een belangrijke distributiefunctie voor Europa, Afrika en het Midden-Oosten. Grondstoffen komen binnen, afgewerkte producten vertrekken naar klanten in drie continenten: dat zijn facturen in twee richtingen, elke dag. Voor de regio Riemst zoeken wij een Boekhouder Inkomende en Uitgaande Facturen.

Takenpakket

  • Inkomend: je verwerkt leveranciersfacturen en stuurt ze door de goedkeuringsflow.
  • Uitgaand: je controleert en boekt verkoopfacturen en zorgt dat ze correct bij de klant komen.
  • Opvolgen: je volgt geblokkeerde facturen op met aankoop, logistiek en klanten.

Profiel

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit en minstens 2 jaar ervaring met facturatie of boekhouding.
  • Excel gevorderd; D365 is een plus.
  • Communicatief met collega's en klanten, in het Nederlands en Engels.
