The posting

Een groeiende producent van tuin- en buiteninrichting ontwerpt overkappingen en carports en verkoopt ze via een netwerk van verdelers. Elk project via een verdeler betekent een factuur, een betaaltermijn en een klant die opgevolgd moet worden. Bij een ander bedrijf met buitenlandse aandeelhouders in de ruime regio Aartselaar start je met verkoopfacturen, bewaak je kredietlimieten en werk je Power BI-overzichten bij. Daar zoeken wij een Boekhouder.

Takenpakket

  • Je maakt elke maand de verkoopfacturen op volgens de afspraken met de klanten.
  • Je beoordeelt de kredietwaardigheid van klanten, bewaakt hun kredietlimieten en trekt aan de bel als er iets wringt.
  • Je houdt zelfstandig de analytische boekhouding bij, helpt bij de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting en bouwt overzichten in Power BI.
  • Je hebt een economisch diploma van hogeschool of universiteit en minstens 3 jaar ervaring; tot vijf jaar is ideaal.
  • Je werkte al in een boekhoudpakket; kennis van Exact en Power BI is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels en durft een kredietlimiet te verdedigen.
