Bij FiscaQuest in Antwerpen zoek je nieuwe klanten, bedrijven klein of groot, en bouw je met hen een sterke, langdurige relatie op. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt dat ze bellen als ze iemand nodig hebben, en jij zorgt dat ze die persoon ook vinden.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je zoekt nieuwe klanten: je brengt in kaart welke bedrijven aanwerven en neemt zelf contact op.
  • Je plant afspraken met bedrijven, telefonisch, via Teams en op termijn vaker ter plaatse.
  • Je brengt hun noden in kaart: wie zoeken ze, wat bieden ze en wat maakt hun bedrijf aantrekkelijk.
  • Je maakt afspraken over de samenwerking en zorgt dat alles duidelijk is voor je start.
  • Je zoekt en stelt sterke kandidaten voor, samen met je collega's.
  • Je volgt elk traject op tot de kandidaat gestart is, en blijft daarna in contact met je klant.
  • Je laat je klantenbestand groeien: tevreden klanten komen terug en bevelen je aan.
  • Je werkt met duidelijke doelen voor nieuwe klanten en plaatsingen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een diploma hoger onderwijs, met of zonder werkervaring.
  • Je bent een durver die graag de telefoon neemt en een gesprek op gang trekt.
  • Je bent ondernemend en betrouwbaar: je volgt op wat je belooft.
