Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Kalkulation von Bauleistungen im Bereich Sanierung
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Massenermittlungen und Kostenanalysen
  • Technische Prüfung von Ausführungsdetails, sowie Abstimmung mit Fachplanern und internen Projektbeteiligten
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Nachunternehmerangeboten
  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Bauprojekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Bauleitung und Projektmanagement
  • Kundenberatung und Abstimmung in der frühen Projektphase

Ihr Profil

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Architekt (m/w/d) oder eine abge­schlossene technische Ausbildung mit vergleichbaren Kenntnissen
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Baukalkulation, idealerweise Sanierungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware (iTWO von Vorteil)
  • ein ausgeprägtes Kostenverständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
  • ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
