Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation von Projekten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (HLS / Elektro) im Neubau und in der Sanierung
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Leistungsverzeichnissen auf technische und wirtschaftliche Plausibilität
  • Massenermittlung auf Basis von Zeichnungen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und BIM-Modellen
  • Einholung und Bewertung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten
  • Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen auf Grundlage von Leistungsverzeichnissen oder funktionalen Ausschreibungen
  • Entwicklung von technischen Lösungsansätzen und Alternativen zur Kostenoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachplanern und Projektleitern
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationsdaten, Stammdaten und Preisdatenbanken
  • Erstellung von Preisspiegeln, Vergleichsrechnungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angebotsunterlagen, Preisanfragen und technischen Konzepten für den Vertrieb
  • Unterstützung des Projektteams in der Angebotsphase sowie bei der Übergabe an die Ausführung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Planern und Lieferanten zur Klärung technischer und kommerzieller Fragen
  • Beobachtung von Marktpreisen, Materialkosten und Branchentrends zur Verbesserung der Kalkulationsgenauigkeit

Ihr Profil

  • Meister bzw. Techniker (m/w/d) oder eine abge­schlossene technische Ausbildung mit vergleichbaren Kenntnissen
  • mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Baukalkulation, idealerweise TGA (HLS/Elektro)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware (iTWO, SAGE, TAIFUN von Vorteil)
  • ein ausgeprägtes Kostenverständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
  • eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
