Mit modernster Extrusionsblas\-Technologie, hoher Qualitätsorientierung und über 100 Jahren Erfahrung innerhalb der Fischer Söhne Gruppe zählen wir zu den führenden Herstellern von Kunststoffverpackungen in der Schweiz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Produktionsteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Entwicklungsingenieur / Projektleiter (m/w/d) – 100% (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Koordinierung von Entwicklungsaufgaben (intern/extern)
  • Projektleitung mit Termin\-, Kosten\- und Qualitätsverantwortung
  • Entwicklung von Extrusionsblasteilen
  • Beschaffung von Anlagen und Werkzeugen von der Erstellung des Lastenhefts über die Bemusterung bis zur Qualifizierung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Fachstellen und den Experten auf der Kunden\- und Lieferantenseite

Wir erwarten

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Kunststofftechnologe, Polymechaniker oder Konstrukteur)
  • Weiterbildung zum Kunststofftechniker
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Extrusionsblasformen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Auslegung von Bauteilen aus Kunststoff
  • Erfahrung im Leiten von anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse MS\-Office und 3D\-CAD (idealerweise Solidworks)
  • Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung aus dem regulierten Umfeld: ISO 9001 und BRC
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, exaktes Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative
  • Teamorientierte, motivierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
