  • Partner across Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless participant experience aligned with business and regional priorities
  • Foster a culture of learning and ownership by developing innovative engagement initiatives and partnering with leaders to deliver targeted professional and technical skill-building opportunities
  • Manage external vendor relationships, contracting activities, budget planning, and financial oversight for the Americas program portfolio

Your experience

  • Demonstrated ability to design impactful learning experiences, manage programs end-to-end, and develop strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working effectively across functions, regions, and virtual teams

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
