Your Role and Impact

As a Vice President within Transaction Management Operations, you will lead and oversee critical post-trade activities that support the successful confirmation, settlement, and lifecycle management of investment transactions. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of trade settlement failures, collateral disputes, Mark-to-Market (MTM) exceptions, and contractual discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analysis and operational metrics to identify trends, enhance transparency, support decision-making, and improve team productivity, efficiency, and controls.
  • Evaluate operational processes, procedures, and systems to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assess the impact of upstream process changes on reconciliations and operational workflows, identifying risks and implementing solutions to strengthen operational performance.
  • Maintain process documentation, provide training and development support to team members, and balance people leadership with functional management responsibilities to deliver high-quality service and results.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of investment operations experience with demonstrated expertise in trade confirmation, settlement, and post-trade lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of collateral management, margin processing, custody operations, and exception management.
  • Experience investigating and resolving settlement breaks, trade fails, and operational risk events across multiple asset classes.
  • Proven ability to leverage data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation, efficiency, and risk reduction initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, counterparties, custodians, brokers, and internal teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
