  • Direct current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, requirements definition, and control point design to support scalable and compliant process improvements.
  • Translate business needs into roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans, and communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes to senior leaders through clear reporting.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in implementation leadership, business transformation, consulting, or operational improvement within financial services, payments, or technology environments.
  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving portfolio management, process redesign, technology enablement, or operational execution.
  • 8+ years of experience leading current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, business requirements definition, and process control design.
  • 8+ years of experience deploying AI, automation, analytics, or decision-support tools to improve delivery quality, cycle time, cost efficiency, or operational performance.
  • 8+ years of experience establishing governance frameworks and controls that align business priorities with risk, compliance, and technology standards.
  • Experience using executive reporting, scorecards, and performance metrics to manage delivery outcomes, identify risks, and support decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation within a client implementation or service delivery organization.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar structured improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with process mining, workflow analytics, or data visualization tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent certification in program or project management.
  • Master's degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

How you'll work:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
