Un Ejecutivo Comercial exitoso en Fiserv impulsa el crecimiento del negocio a través de la generación de nuevas oportunidades y el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales sostenibles.

Buscamos una persona con fuerte orientación comercial, capacidad para comprender las necesidades de los clientes y transformar oportunidades en soluciones de valor, trabajando de manera colaborativa con diferentes equipos de la organización.

Lo que harás:

  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales y potenciales.
  • Realizar acciones de prospección y generación de nuevas cuentas.
  • Detectar necesidades de los clientes y desarrollar propuestas comerciales acordes.
  • Realizar seguimiento del pipeline comercial y oportunidades en curso.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con diferentes áreas internas para asegurar una adecuada experiencia del cliente.
  • Realizar seguimiento de objetivos e indicadores comerciales.
  • Analizar oportunidades de mercado y desarrollar acciones que contribuyan al crecimiento del negocio.
  • Mantener actualizada la información comercial y el seguimiento de clientes en las herramientas de gestión correspondientes.

Lo que necesitas:

  • Experiencia previa en posiciones comerciales, desarrollo de negocios o gestión de cuentas.
  • Experiencia en prospección, generación de oportunidades y desarrollo de cartera comercial.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales y llevar adelante negociaciones.
  • Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Capacidad analítica y experiencia realizando seguimiento de indicadores comerciales.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento.

Lo que sería ideal tener (Deseable):

  • Experiencia en empresas de medios de pago, servicios financieros, tecnología o industrias relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en venta de soluciones B2B.
  • Conocimiento de soluciones de pagos y tecnología para comercios o empresas.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de CRM y seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con diferentes segmentos de clientes y desarrollando relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
