Especialista de Dados de RH

O que um(a) Especialista de dados de Operações de RH faz na Fiserv? Na Fiserv, ele(a) transforma dados em inteligência para apoiar decisões que movem o negócio. Atua como parceiro(a) das áreas na gestão de orçamento de pessoas, headcount e indicadores, com foco em precisão, agilidade e excelência operacional.

Esse profissional contribui para uma operação de RH orientada por dados, conectada às prioridades da empresa e às necessidades dos nossos associados. Procuramos alguém analítico(a), proativo(a) e rápido(a) na leitura e execução de demandas.

O que você vai fazer:

· Conduzir o planejamento e o acompanhamento do budget de pessoas, apoiando previsões e análises financeiras de RH

· Monitorar indicadores de headcount, horas extras, movimentações e variações orçamentárias

· Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises recorrentes para suportar decisões da liderança

· Realizar lançamentos e atualizações de informações em sistema de RH, assegurando consistência e qualidade dos dados

· Desenvolver dashboards e visões analíticas em Power BI para acompanhamento de métricas de RH

· Estruturar controles, bases e simulações em Excel para apoiar análises e fechamento de informações

· Identificar desvios, riscos e oportunidades por meio de análises de dados e propor ações corretivas

O que você precisa ter:

· Ensino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas

· Experiência com orçamento de pessoas, controle de headcount, horas extras e relatórios gerenciais de RH

· Domínio de Excel para construção de controles, análises, projeções e modelagens

· Conhecimento em Power BI para criação de dashboards e acompanhamento de indicadores

· Perfil analítico, agilidade na execução e experiência com sistemas de RH ou plataformas corporativas similares

· Inglês avançado/fluente

O que seria ótimo ter (Desejável):

· Vivência com processos de people analytics ou data analytics aplicados a RH

· Experiência com lançamentos, movimentações e manutenção de dados em Workday ou sistema equivalente

· Conhecimento em indicadores financeiros relacionados a estrutura de pessoas

· Experiência em ambientes corporativos dinâmicos, com múltiplas demandas e prazos curtos

· Capacidade de transformar dados em recomendações claras para diferentes públicos
