¿Qué hace un Instructional Designer exitoso en Fiserv?

Un Instructional Designer exitoso en Fiserv diseña experiencias de aprendizaje que fortalecen el desempeño, aceleran la adopción de conocimiento y apoyan la evolución de nuestros equipos en un entorno dinámico de fintech. Esta posición colabora con expertos del negocio para transformar contenidos complejos de medios de pago y capacitación comercial en soluciones claras, prácticas y escalables. Buscamos a alguien con una sólida metodología de diseño instruccional, enfoque consultivo y capacidad para crear programas que conecten la estrategia del negocio con resultados medibles. En Fiserv, avanzamos juntos para crear aprendizaje con propósito y generar impacto real.

Esta posición tiene una modalidad 4x1 (4 dias presencial) en nuestras oficinas de Bogotá o Medellín.-

Lo que harás:

  • Diseñar programas de capacitación presenciales, virtuales y autogestionados para equipos internos y audiencias de negocio.
  • Desarrollar contenidos instruccionales alineados con metodologías de aprendizaje para adultos, desempeño y transferencia efectiva del conocimiento.
  • Colaborar con especialistas del negocio para convertir información en materiales claros, estructurados y accionables.
  • Crear guiones, storyboards, evaluaciones, facilitators guides, job aids y materiales de apoyo para diferentes formatos de entrenamiento.
  • Gestionar el análisis de necesidades de capacitación y traducir hallazgos en soluciones de aprendizaje escalables.
  • Medir la efectividad de los programas mediante evaluaciones, métricas de adopción y retroalimentación de usuarios.
  • Actualizar contenidos de entrenamiento para mantener vigencia frente a cambios regulatorios, operativos y de producto.

Lo que necesitas:

  • 5 años de experiencia en diseño instruccional aplicado a capacitación corporativa.
  • 5 años de experiencia en capacitación comercial o entrenamiento de productos y procesos financieros.
  • 5 años de experiencia en metodologías de aprendizaje para adultos, análisis de necesidades y diseño curricular.
  • 5 años de experiencia en creación de materiales de entrenamiento para entornos regulados como banca, fintech, seguros, inversiones o retirement.
  • 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de contenido para entrenamiento virtual, presencial y e-learning.
  • 5 años de experiencia en colaboración con stakeholders, SMEs y equipos multifuncionales para implementar soluciones de aprendizaje.

Lo que sería ideal tener (Deseable):

  • 5 años de experiencia con plataformas LMS, herramientas de autoría y medición de efectividad de aprendizaje.
  • 5 años de experiencia en diseño de programas de onboarding, upskilling y reskilling.
  • 5 años de experiencia en industrias como banking, fintech, seguros, investments o retirement.
  • 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de capacitación con múltiples audiencias y prioridades.
