We count on this person to bring deep payments expertise and a practical, solution-oriented mindset to every conversation.

The ideal candidate combines payments expertise with execution excellence, balancing client needs, operational realities, and technology constraints. They are passionate about modernizing payments and money movement and helping banks and credit unions meet small businesses and consumers wherever they choose to engage.

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day product execution and roadmap inputs for ACH, wires, Zelle, instant payments, and related capabilities within Experience Digital.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch, release readiness, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for consumer and business payment experiences, including origination, templates, approvals, limits, entitlements, and status visibility.
  • Shape SMB banking solutions across cash management, payables, receivables, and money movement to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Translate client needs, market trends, industry changes, and business objectives into prioritized requirements and roadmap recommendations.
  • Embed fraud, risk, compliance, and network requirements into product decisions, including Nacha rules, Regulation E, OFAC, RTP, FedNow, and ISO 20022.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, operations, implementation, sales, support, financial institutions, and ecosystem providers to deliver integrated solutions and successful launches.
  • Serve as a payments subject matter expert, support client and sales engagements, and track adoption, payment volume, fraud and loss, and revenue performance.

What you will need to have

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or financial technology products across the full lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of payments product or operations experience, with strong expertise in ACH, wires, settlement, exceptions, returns, and payment origination.
  • Experience with Zelle, person-to-person payments, or real-time payments, including network rules, limits, disputes, and fraud considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage backlogs, shape roadmaps, prioritize complex requirements, and translate product strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with digital banking, treasury or cash management, business banking platforms, and SMB workflows.
  • Working knowledge of payments regulations and rules, including Nacha Operating Rules, Regulation E, UCC 4A, OFAC, and BSA/AML.
  • Experience with API-based integrations and cross-functional product delivery across engineering, architecture, UX, operations, implementation, sales, and support.
  • Strong analytical, communication, client discovery, stakeholder management, and senior-leader influence skills, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

What would be great to have

  • Experience contributing to payments modernization, instant payments adoption, or payment migration initiatives.
  • Experience working with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of payment rails, messaging standards, fraud trends, risk controls, and customer experience best practices.
  • Experience with SMB onboarding, business account opening, payables, receivables, or integrated payments solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, data warehouses, public cloud platforms, and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Experience in Agile environments and using AI, automation, or workflow technologies to improve productivity and client experiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
