Descrição

Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar no monitoramento, avaliação e melhoria contínua das soluções de Inteligência Artificial utilizadas nos atendimentos da companhia.

Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar o desempenho dos chatbots e das ferramentas de IA generativa, avaliar a qualidade das respostas, identificar falhas e oportunidades de melhoria, além de contribuir para a evolução da base de conhecimento e da experiência dos usuários.

Procuramos alguém com interesse em tecnologia e inovação, perfil analítico, boa comunicação escrita e capacidade de transformar dados e análises em melhorias para a operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Monitorar o desempenho das soluções de Inteligência Artificial nos atendimentos, acompanhando a qualidade e a assertividade das respostas;
  • Avaliar as respostas geradas pela IA, identificando falhas, alucinações, inconsistências e desvios de comportamento;
  • Realizar ajustes, treinar e atualizar a base de conhecimento utilizada pelos chatbots e ferramentas de IA;
  • Desenvolver e executar testes para validar respostas, fluxos e comportamentos antes de novas implantações ou atualizações;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, como taxa de resolução, contenção do chatbot, transferências para atendimento humano e nível de assertividade;
  • Elaborar relatórios com análises, identificação de problemas e recomendações de melhorias;
  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização dos atendimentos por meio de Inteligência Artificial e automação;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da experiência dos usuários e da eficiência operacional.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, Customer Success (CS) ou operações de atendimento;
  • Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial Generativa;
  • Experiência prática ou familiaridade com ferramentas como ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini ou Claude;
  • Noções de Prompt Engineering;
  • Conhecimento sobre limitações e riscos da IA, como alucinações, vieses e interpretação de contexto;
  • Capacidade analítica para acompanhar indicadores, interpretar dados e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Excelente comunicação escrita, organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para testar, avaliar e documentar processos e soluções.

Diferencial

  • Certificação ou cursos relacionados à Inteligência Artificial Generativa;
  • Experiência com treinamento, configuração ou melhoria de chatbots;
  • Vivência na construção e manutenção de bases de conhecimento;
  • Conhecimento de APIs e integrações entre sistemas;
  • Experiência com QA (Quality Assurance) de chatbots ou soluções de IA;
  • Conhecimento em automação de processos;
  • Experiência em operações de atendimento ou Customer Success de alto volume.
