  • Contribuição para estratégias de vendas e marketing, oferecendo insights de mercado e identificando oportunidades de upselling e cross-selling.
  • Gestão de orçamentos de eventos, assegurando prazos, custos e a viabilidade financeira dos projetos.
  • Construção e manutenção de parcerias sólidas com fornecedores, parceiros e stakeholders, visando o sucesso dos eventos.
  • Apoio e orientação à equipe, compartilhando melhores práticas e promovendo um ambiente colaborativo.
  • Coleta e análise de feedbacks pós-evento, implementando melhorias contínuas nos serviços oferecidos.
  • Participação em reuniões estratégicas, fornecendo recomendações baseadas em experiência prática e análise de mercado.
  • Representação das necessidades e expectativas do cliente dentro da empresa, com atuação consultiva nas decisões internas.
  • Acompanhamento proativo da execução dos projetos, assegurando aderência aos acordos e facilitando a comunicação entre cliente e equipes internas.

Obrigatórios: Graduação completa em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação, Publicidade ou áreas relacionadas. Experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou gestão de contas no setor de eventos.
