Er geldt geen minimum aantal jaren werkervaring.FITsociety bouwt software voor personal trainers, coaches en fitnessondernemers: van coaching-app, trainingsschema's en voeding tot klantbeheer, planning, betalingen en communicatie.We zoeken een Medewerker Customer Support voor 32-40 uur per week. Je helpt klanten via chat, e-mail en telefoon, begeleidt nieuwe klanten tijdens de onboarding en kijkt praktisch mee bij instellingen en workflows. Je vertaalt klantvragen en feedback naar verbeterpunten voor onze software, handleidingen en supportprocessen.Je communiceert helder, denkt klantgericht en lost graag problemen op. Je bent handig met software, werkt zelfstandig en schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's. Affiniteit met fitness, coaching of gezondheid is mooi meegenomen. Je hoeft geen developer te zijn.Wat bieden wij?- EUR 2.800-3.400 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en vaardigheden. Exclusief vakantiegeld; parttime naar rato.- Je start met een tijdelijk contract.- Een klein team met korte lijnen en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.- Direct contact met klanten en ruimte om mee te denken over onboarding, support en productverbetering.- Kantoor in Velserbroek, met thuiswerken in overleg.
