  • Knowledge Leadership: Conduct regular internal knowledge-sharing sessions to the broader operations team. Author, publish, and maintain technical runbooks and standard operating procedures for adapter configurations and system resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, or Test Analyst in a Contact Center environment (CCaaS/UCaaS).
  • WEM Expertise: Proven track record supporting or coordinating WEM platform migrations. Deep technical knowledge of Verint Cloud Services (VCS), Desktop Messaging. Verint “Badging” preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
