The posting

Software die het bedrijf niet meer bijbeent, kost tijd, geld en kansen. Bij fizor. lossen we dat op met low-code IT die daadwerkelijk meebeweegt met het bedrijf. Wij zijn altijd op zoek naar talent in consultancy, development, sales en marketing, met kennis van low-code en AI.

Over ons.

fizor. zorgt dat IT meebeweegt op het ritme van het bedrijf. We adviseren organisaties en bouwen software op maat, die zich aanpast zodra het bedrijf verandert, zonder een kostbaar vervangingstraject. Klanten blijven bij ons omdat ze dat willen, niet omdat ze vastzitten aan een systeem.

Onze voorwaarden.

Nu je weet wat wij zoeken, is het natuurlijk ook belangrijk dat jij je kunt vinden in wat wij jou bieden;

  • Aantrekkelijk salaris tussen €2.750 en €5.500 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), afhankelijk van je ervaring;
  • 8% vakantiegeld en 8% pensioenopbouw, in samenwerking met Nationale Nederlanden;
  • Mobiliteitsbudget van maximaal €925 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur) voor een leaseauto, een kilometervergoeding (€0,46 per km) óf een onbeperkt OV-abonnement dat je ook privé mag gebruiken;
  • 27 vakantiedagen, met de optie om er vijf bij te kopen;
  • Flexibele feestdagen: Bij ons bepaal je zelf welke feestdagen je viert. Werk op traditionele vrije dagen en neem vrij wanneer het aansluit bij jouw religie, cultuur of persoonlijke voorkeur;
  • Een laptop en mobiele telefoon;
  • Een bijzonder kantoor: je kijkt letterlijk het veld van Stadion Galgenwaard (FC Utrecht) in. Bij ons staan ook altijd gezonde snacks, fruit en drankjes klaar. En nee, FC Utrecht-fan zijn is geen vereiste ;-);
  • Een informele, laagdrempelige sfeer, met collega's met uiteenlopende achtergronden en ervaringen;
  • Groeimogelijkheden: samen met je coach werk je gericht aan je toekomst, met een persoonlijk opleidingsplan en -budget;
  • Flexibiliteit: we werken hybride waarbij je 2 dagen per week op kantoor of bij de klant bent, de overige dagen kun je naar wens invullen;
  • Teamuitjes: borrels, sportevenementen, BBQ's, potlucks, gamenights en meer. Er staat altijd wel een activiteit op de planning.
