Als Fachverkäufer/-in bist du in unserem Markt die erste Anlaufstelle und bringst Fachwissen, Begeisterung und den ALLES MACHBAR Spirit mit. Du berätst deine Kund:innen in allen Fragen kompetent und gibst ihnen noch den ein oder anderen praktischen Tipp mit auf den Weg.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Obi-Teams am Standort Fulda suchen wir dich ab sofort und in Voll- oder Teilzeit als Fachverkäufer/-in im Baumarkt(m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Kunden und Verkauf des zugeordneten Sortiments
  • Förderung des Verkaufs in dem Sortimentsbereichen der Abteilungen durch Beratung, Sortimentspflege und Sortimentspräsentation
  • Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung des Sortiments auf Fehlmengen, Überbestände oder Beschädigungen
  • Rechtzeitige Warenbestellung und Preisauszeichnung bzw. -Anpassung
  • Überprüfung von Wareneingängen und ggf. Reklamationsbearbeitung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in einem der Bereiche Bauen, Garten oder Heimtier ist wünschenswert
  • Service- sowie kundenorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Für den Bereich Heimtier: Idealerweise einen BNA-Sachkundenachweis und Freude am Umgang mit Tieren
  • Für den Bereich Garten: Strukturierte und geordnete Arbeitsweise, auch bei hohem Kundenaufkommen während der Gartensaison
  • Für den Bereich Bauen: Interesse an Themen rund ums Bauen, Renovieren und Gestalten
