Wat ga je doen?

Flagship Shipyard is op zoek naar een financieel/administratief medewerker die de spil wordt tussen de werf en Finance. Bij aanvang ben je verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie van de werfomzet en het debiteurenbeheer. Je werkt hybride: deels op kantoor bij de Finance-afdeling, deels direct op de werf in nauw contact met de leiding en de mensen op de werkvloer. Je houdt daarbij bijvoorbeeld overzicht over de financiële administratie van de werf en zorgt dat Finance en de werf goed op elkaar aansluiten.

Praktisch

Locatie: Kantoor in hartje Amsterdam en op de scheepswerf bij NDSM Salaris: €2.700 - €3.300 bruto per maand op fulltime basis

Werkuren: 28-40 uur per week, verdeeld over 4-5 dagen

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je verzorgt zelfstandig de facturatie van de werfomzet op basis van de urenregistratie van de medewerkers en de geleverde diensten. Je bewaakt het debiteurenbeheer, signaleert openstaande facturen tijdig en volgt deze actief op. Je werkt nauw samen met de werfleiding om ervoor te zorgen dat alle uren en materialen correct worden geregistreerd en gefactureerd. Daarnaast rapporteer je aan Finance over de behaalde resultaten ten opzichte van de verwachtingen.

Functievereisten

  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een financieel-administratieve richting;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • Ervaring met Exact Online is een pre, net als affiniteit met boten en techniek;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, schakelt makkelijk tussen de werf en het kantoor en communiceert duidelijk met collega’s;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een pre.
