Job Summary

The Technology Product Requirements Partner is a critical role within the OneX operating model, embedded in each quint and reporting directly to the Business Architect. This role serves as the bridge between business intent and technology delivery, ensuring that the products, services, and experiences defined by the Business are translated into clear, complete, and actionable requirements that Technology can execute against with speed and precision. In the OneX model, the Business owns the definition of what it needs. The Product Requirements Manager makes that ownership real by partnering with business stakeholders to elicit, structure, and formalize functional and non-functional requirements, along with acceptance criteria, that meet the high bar OneX demands. This role is essential to eliminating the gaps that have historically led to rework, technology sprawl, and misaligned delivery.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
