Til Sarstedt ved Bording søger vi en struktureret og serviceminded marketingassistent, der har sans for udarbejdelse og vedligeholdelse af teknisk materiale.

Du bliver en del af en alsidig marketingfunktion, hvor du får en bred kontaktflade og bidrager til både praktiske, administrative og koordinerende opgaver inden for marketing. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du trives med en varieret hverdag, hvor opgaverne spænder bredt.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Udarbejdelse og vedligeholdelse af præsentationsmateriale, herunder skabeloner, manualer og øvrig teknisk dokumentation.
  • Vedligeholdelse og support af virksomhedens brugerportal.
  • Koordinering og afvikling af messer og andre arrangementer.
  • Diverse administrative og ad hoc-opgaver inden for marketing.

Fordelingen af arbejdsopgaver vil forventeligt være 85% teknisk dokumentation og 15% marketing og grafisk arbejde.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med InDesign, MS Office og gerne AI-værktøjer.
  • Arbejder struktureret og har sans for detaljen.
  • Sætter en ære i at levere arbejde af høj kvalitet.
  • Er god til at overholde deadlines og bevare overblikket, også når du har flere opgaver i gang.
  • Er serviceminded, imødekommende og har lyst til at lære nyt.
  • Behersker dansk og engelsk på et godt niveau, både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Stillingen er på enten 32 eller 37 timer om ugen afhængigt af dine ønsker. Du vil have referere til den marketingansvarlige.
