Brænder du for at være en del af et team, der sammen skal værne om en god og tryg hverdag for en ung mand? Så er det netop dig vi mangler, vi søger nye medarbejdere til vores respiratoriske team på Læsø!

Vi søger en ufaglært omsorgsmedhjælper, Social- og sundhedshjælper eller Social-og sundhedsassistent, der motiveres af 1:1 kontakt med en borger, og som sammen med det øvrige team skal værne om en tryg hverdag for borgeren. Du vil blive en del af et permanent respiratorisk team hos en ung mand på Læsø, som har behov for døgndækkende respiratorisk overvågning. Arbejdet vil foregå i borgerens eget hjem, hvor han bor med sin familie. Respiratorisk erfaring er et plus, men absolut ikke et krav, da der vil finde grundig oplæring sted i samarbejde med relevante fagpersoner.

Om stillingen:

Der er en ledig stillinger på teamet. Det forventes, at du kan varetage 12-timers vagter, og at der vil være mulighed for ekstra timer i forbindelse med sygdom og ferie, hvorfor vi vægter fleksibilitet højt.

Stillingen er på 24 timer om ugen fast + et barselsvikariat på 12 timer om ugen, altså 36 timer ialt indtil November 2026 hvor de 24 timer fortsættes. Der vil være mulighed for at fortsætte med 36 t , hvis dette ønskes. Vagterne ligger i tidsrummet 08.00-20.00. For nuværende er der tale om hverdagvagter fra mandag til fredag, altså ingen faste weekends.
