FLAIR søger til fast stilling en montagemedarbejder til en veletableret produktionsvirksomhed i Hedensted, der udvikler og producerer moderne løsninger inden for blandt andet ventilation, indeklima og energieffektive løsninger.

Du bliver en del af virksomhedens montageafdeling, hvor kvalitet, samarbejde og en god arbejdsdag er i fokus.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

Du kommer blandt andet til at:

  • Samle forskellige komponenter og dele
  • Arbejde med almindeligt håndværktøj
  • Udføre praktiske og fysiske montageopgaver
  • Sikre kvalitet og præcision i dit arbejde
  • Samarbejde med dine kolleger om den daglige produktion

Arbejdet er fysisk, så du skal være indstillet på at bruge kroppen i løbet af arbejdsdagen.

Du behøver ikke være faglært eller have en bestemt uddannelse. Det vigtigste er, at du:

  • Er praktisk anlagt og god til at bruge dine hænder
  • Trives med fysisk arbejde

Erfaring fra montage eller produktion er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Arbejdstid

37 timer om ugen på daghold med flekstid mellem kl. 06.00–16.00, så du har mulighed for at tilpasse din mødetid. Pauser er for egen regning.

Løn og ansættelse

Lønnen følger Industriens Overenskomst.
