Om stillingen:

Der er tale om et arbejde, hvor du vil blive en vigtig del af hverdagen hos en mandlig borger der lever med en trachealkanyle, hvorfor han i forlængelse heraf har behov for døgndækkende respiratorisk overvågning.

Borgeren har foruden den respiratoriske behandling behov for hjælp til almindelige plejeopgaver eksempelvis personlig pleje, ernæring via PEG sonde, hjælp til forflytninger (med hjælpemidler) o.l.

Din arbejdsplads vil være på en midlertidig rehabiliteringsenhed i Herning, hvor borgeren er i et forløb, med henblik på senere flytning til et botilbud i Herning.

Vagterne:

Der er tale om 1 fast stilling på 36 timer/ugen med weekendarbejde hver 2 weekend.

Der er tale om 12 timers vagter, i primært dagvagter i tidsrummet 08-20. Vær opmærksom på, at der altid er tale om vågne vagter.

Arbejdet tilrettelægges efter en fast rulleplan. I ferieperioder og ved sygdom er der behov for fleksibilietet fra alle på teamet.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Er ufaglært omsorgsmedhjælper med flair for omsorg og pleje, alternativt uddannet social og sundhedshjælper.
  • Er frisk på en udfordrende hverdag, hvor din borgers trivsel er i centrum
  • Er motiveret af at gøre en forskel
  • Er fleksibel, mødestabil og en teamplayer
  • Søger fast arbejde. Vi vægter højt at man kan gå ind i denne stilling mhp. at kunne blive over længere tid. Så man skal ikke være studiesøgende eller lignende,

Om du har erfaring med plejeopgaver samt respiratorisk overvågning, er ikke afgørende, idet der vil finde grundig oplæring sted.
