Furesø Reumatologerne i Farum søger en receptionistvikar, som kan hjælpe med booking af patienter, koordinering af aftaler og andre praktiske opgaver i klinikken.

Om jobbet

Som receptionistvikar bliver din vigtigste opgave at hjælpe speciallægen med at få kalenderen til at hænge sammen og sikre, at patienterne bliver booket korrekt ind. Du skal blandt andet vurdere, hvilken type konsultation patienterne skal bookes til, og finde de rette tider i kalenderen. Du får redskaber til at foretage disse vurderinger, men vil også konsultere med lægen løbende.

Vi sigter efter en uges oplæring, hvor du bliver introduceret til klinikkens bookingsystem og arbejdsgange, så du får den nødvendige viden til at løse opgaverne. Du behøver derfor ikke nødvendigvis at have erfaring fra sundhedssektoren – det vigtigste er, at du er lærenem, struktureret og har lyst til at hjælpe.

Stillingen er et vikariat på minimum to måneder med mulighed for forlængelse.

Arbejdstid: 12 timer om ugen fordelt på tre hverdage i tidsrummet kl. 12.00-16.00.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Booking og koordinering af patientaftaler i speciallægens kalender
  • Telefonbetjening og tidsbestilling
  • Indhentning af henvisninger og relevant patientinformation
  • Bestilling af tolk efter behov
  • Praktisk og administrativ hjælp i klinikkens dagligdag

  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og følge op på dine opgaver
  • Er fleksibel og hjælpsom i en hverdag, hvor opgaverne kan variere

Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med administration, booking eller sekretæropgaver, men det er ikke et krav. Du får en grundig introduktion til opgaverne og vejledning i, hvordan patienterne skal bookes korrekt ind.
