We are currently looking for a reliable partner to handle the company registration process for our business in Saudi Arabia. The required services include: Trade Name Reservation Business License Issuance Memorandum of Association / Legal Documentation Business Address (Renewal from Year 2) To help us evaluate your services, kindly provide the following details: 1. Detailed Quotation Please provide a breakdown of costs under the following categories: Government Fees Third-Party Fees Agency Service Fees Optional Services (if applicable) Please specify whether the quoted amounts are inclusive or exclusive of taxes, and whether they include a registered business address and virtual office services. 2. Timeline Please provide a timeline in table format, outlining the standard processing time and your committed service duration for each stage: Trade Name Pre-approval Investment License Commercial Registration (CR) Bank Account Opening Tax and Social Security Registration Visa Processing 3. Document Checklist Please provide a detailed list of documents required for the registration process, specifying: Which documents need notarization or Apostille (Hague Convention) Whether Arabic translation is required Whether your team will assist in coordinating these requirements 4. Responsibilities and Outcome Boundaries Please clarify how situations such as delays or rejections due to policy changes or approval issues are handled, including: Whether partial service fees are refundable If a free re-submission is offered in case of rejection 5.
