About the Role:

FLCD seeks experienced operations or strategy professionals to help train AI models by reviewing and refining responses. Enjoy remote, flexible work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to deepen your domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and answer questions related to Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations to train AI models
  • Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems for quality and accuracy
  • Use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of AI-produced text

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Strategic Management, or a related field
  • Strong ability to write engaging, accurate, and insightful content in the Operations domain
  • Skilled in research and fact-checking
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Exceptional writing skills emphasizing clarity, brevity, and engagement
