About the Role :

FLCD partners with the world’s leading companies to enhance AI models through expert human feedback. If you’re an experienced software engineer, this is your chance to apply your coding skills to train cutting-edge generative AI. You’ll work on diverse, dynamic tasks that involve interacting with large language models as they learn to write better code—no prior AI experience required. This freelance, remote opportunity offers flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever and wherever it suits you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write computer science questions to support AI model training
  • Assess and rank code outputs produced by generative AI models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a recognized institution
  • Proficient in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.
