Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
