Budget, Team & Risk

  • CSA Budget Stewardship: Own and forecast the CSA discipline budget, contingencies, and cash flow within the campus capital budget owned by the Director.
  • Procurement & Change Orders: Provide senior technical expertise in RFPs and onboarding; audit and negotiate CSA change orders.
  • Lead the CSA Team: Direct and develop the CSA Construction Manager(s); serve as primary CSA interface to internal leadership, the GC’s CSA leadership, and consultants.
  • Safety & Risk: Drive an incident-free safety culture and proactively mitigate complex site conditions, logistics bottlenecks, and fast-tracked schedules.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, OR equivalent practical owner-side field leadership experience.
  • 12+ years of construction management experience, including significant time representing an owner/operator or developer with a focus on heavy civil earthwork, deep foundations, high-volume structural steel, or complex building envelopes on large-scale, fast-tracked projects.
  • Proven track record leading CSA delivery and enforcing performance on major trade packages, contracts, and schedules for mission-critical or heavy industrial projects.
  • Advanced proficiency auditing complex structural plans, validating soil/concrete quality specifications, and interpreting heavy industrial contracts.
  • Experience leading direct reports (e.g., Construction Managers) on complex site scopes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Procore (or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite, and construction scheduling software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on data center or mission-critical facilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
