Wir sind Flemming Dental

Wir, die Flemming Gruppe, laden Dich ein, Teil unseres deutschlandweit agierenden Verbunds zahntechnischer Labore zu werden. Mit über 1.500 Mitarbeitenden sind wir der größte Ausbilder für zukünftige Zahntechniker (m/w/d) und setzen Maßstäbe in der Branche. In unserem modernen Dentallabor in Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Verwaltung & Administration in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. Deine Aufgaben

  • Administrative Unterstützung - Du unterstützt unser Team in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Angelegenheiten (Korrespondenz, Terminplanung sowie allgemeine Büroorganisation)
  • Personalsachbearbeitung – Du führst die (vorbereitende) Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für die Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Frankfurt durch
  • Schnittstellenfunktion – Als Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Kommunikation mit den zentralen Funktionseinheiten wie Recruiting, Personalabteilung und dem Marketing
  • Digitalisierungsprojekte – Du treibst die Implementierung und Optimierung digitaler Prozesse in der Verwaltung voran
  • Rechnungswesen - Du unterstützt in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie im Mahnwesen
  • Koordination im Büro - Du planst und organisierst Meetings und Veranstaltungen und übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen

Dein Profil

  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationsstärke und eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und empathisches Auftreten mit einem serviceorientierten Mindset
  • Sehr gute MS- Office und SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
