Job Summary:

Flender Brasil is in search of a CS Industrial Account Sales Professional with experience in selling industrial gear units, couplings and services to OEM’s, Distributors, EPC’s and End-users. Prior sales experience with open gearing, gear units or couplings is highly preferred. Experience in the direct OEM or End-user sales and Distribution sales network is a strong plus. This position will report to the Brasil's Country Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

The top candidate chosen for this key role will be responsible for formulating and executing business plans to penetrate and grow industrial accounts in the referenced marketplace. The product portfolio is focused on standard or special gear units for industrial applications, couplings, services or complete integrated drive trains.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

BS/BA degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus but, not required, or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Brasil.

***Preferred states Minas Gerais, São Paulo and or Southeast locations - Selected candidate must live within the sales region***
