Für unseren Standort Penig suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung im Bereich Controlling, Abteilung FLE IG PNG FIN.

Seit mehr als 125 Jahren bietet Flender ein breites Spektrum an Getrieben, Kupplungen, Generatoren und dazugehörigen Services für zahlreiche Schlüsselindustrien.

Spannende Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

  • Controller für die Bereiche F&E, Vertrieb sowie IT
  • Budgetplanungen und Forecasts übernimmst Du und koordinierst diese inkl. der Abbildung der Plankosten für unsere komplexen Buchungsstrukturen in der GuV
  • Du erläuterst in Monatsabschlussanalysen Abweichungen zum Budget und Forecast und leitest zusammen mit den Abteilungsleitern Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Zielkosten ab
  • Du stellst die Zielerreichung des Produktivitätsfortschritts in den Bereichen sicher
  • Du optimierst die kaufmännische Berichterstattung in der Abteilung mittels Celonis/ Analytic Cloud/ KI
  • Die Stelle wird mit maximal 30 h Teilzeit besetzt
  • Die Stelle wird befristet als Elternzeitvertretung besetzt

Darin bist Du stark:

  • Du hast einen erfolgreichen Studienabschluss der Fachrichtungen Mathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit idealerweise 3-jähriger Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (w/m/d) mit idealerweise 5-jähriger Berufserfahrung im kfm. Umfeld
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Mittelstand bzw. Konzern, GuV-Wissen ist Voraussetzung
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierungsthemen
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude, Analysefähigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei komplexen Fragestellungen sind Grundvoraussetzungen
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte SAP- (u.a. Report Painter), Analytic Cloud- sowie Excelkenntnisse (Power Pivot), Powerpoint und VBA sind von Vorteil
  • Du wendest verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift an
