Au sein de notre service Qualité, vous aurez pour mission de garantir la qualité et la conformité des éléments contrôlés au regard des spécifications ou exigences préétablies.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

  • Vérifier la conformité des pièces et assemblage par rapport à des standards ou des plans.
  • Valider/compléter les relevés de contrôle afférents.
  • Vérifier la conformité documentaire afférente aux pièces.
  • Détecter les non-conformités et établir des avis de non-conformité.
  • Vérifier la mise en œuvre des actions de réparation.
  • Vérifier avant utilisation l'état de fonctionnement des appareils utilisés et vérifier leur étalonnage.
  • Transmettre à la métrologie tout instrument non-conforme.
  • Compléter les gammes, décharger les bons de travail. Respecter les délais de contrôle.

Missions complémentaires :

  • Participer à l'amélioration et l'évolution des standards de contrôle (procédures, MO, supports de formation, projets,…).
  • Former et qualifier les nouveaux collaborateurs, suivant standards de formation FG.
  • Contrôles ponctuels sur site client.

Vos atouts pour réussir :

  • Diplôme de Licence Professionnelle Procédés en Contrôle Non Destructif
  • Certification Cofrend ET2 impérative pour la manipulation des courants de Foucault niveau 2.
  • Maîtrise des techniques CND, rigueur, sens du détail et capacité d’analyse.
  • Autonomie et bon relationnel pour travailler en équipe.
