Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities? We are looking for a Client Care Representative to join our team. In this fast-paced, call center environment, you will engage with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, generate interest in our vehicles, and schedule appointments for our Sales team. Your communication skills, persistence, and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience will play an important role in driving dealership sales.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
  • Generate sales opportunities by following up with internet leads, previous inquiries, and prospective customers.
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments, encouraging customers to visit the dealership.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build relationships, sustain interest, and maximize appointment opportunities.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, lead status, appointments, and follow-up activities in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial customer contact to dealership visit.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a call center, business development, customer service, or sales environment preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and persuasive approach.
  • Confidence making outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and overcoming objections.
  • A proactive, persistent, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment.
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
