About Cloud Sales Coach

Cloud Sales Coach is a specialized B2B sales enablement and consulting firm that helps technology companies scale their revenue. As an SDR, you’ll be the front line of that mission, putting our clients in front of the right decision-makers.

The Role

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for contacting prospects and establishing new qualified leads and appointments for their assigned client accounts, working different clients at different times of the day. Using an autodialer, the representative will place outbound calls and book meetings for sales coaching, business consulting, fractional sales rep services, and managed IT support, with the goal of meeting and exceeding appointment targets.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and coachable, with excellent interpersonal and phone skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  • Average about 800 dials per day, connecting with roughly 200 people daily
  • Set 5-15 appointments per week
  • Work on 3-6 assigned clients at different times of the day
  • Work 8-hour shifts within 7 AM-5 PM CT or 8 AM-6 PM ET
  • Stay organized and consistent across multiple client campaigns

Pay & Benefits

  • $20-$25/hour base, with flexibility for stronger, more experienced candidates, overtime eligible
  • Performance bonuses based on meetings booked
  • Commission for upselling Cloud Sales Coach internal services
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits, with eligibility at 90 days
  • W2 employment, paid weekly

Who You Are

  • 3-5+ years of work experience, ideally in a communication-based role
  • Confident, resilient, and unfazed by rejection
  • Honest and coachable
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
  • Remote, but must be located in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Florida

Technical Requirements
