Position Summary

La persona in questo ruolo sarà responsabile dell’accurata ispezione dei veicoli al momento della restituzione da parte del cliente, dell’identificazione di eventuali danni e della puntuale registrazione degli stessi all’interno del sistema ERP.

Questa posizione è chiave nell’assicurare la massima qualità nella manutenzione delle nostre vetture ed un processo trasparente ed efficace di riconsegna per i nostri clienti.

Responsibilities

  • Gestire il cliente in modo accogliente e professionale
  • Gestione dello stock dei veicoli
  • Ispezionare attentamente i veicoli al momento della riconsegna per assicurarsi che siano conformi agli standard aziendali richiesti.
  • Identificare e documentare eventuali danni, problemi o elementi mancanti del veicolo.
  • Addebitare eventuali danni in base alla loro entità e applicare le corrette tariffe in conformità alle procedure aziendali.
  • Registrare quanto emerso in fase di ispezione, inclusi gli addebiti, nel sistema Erp aziendale.
  • Comunicare in maniera professionale i danni emersi ed eventuali addebiti al cliente.
  • Collaborare con gli altri reparti aziendali al fine di garantire la preparazione del veicolo in tempi rapidi.
  • Mantenere un'accurata documentazione, in linea con le policy aziendali.

Requirements

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
  • Conoscenza di base della meccanica automobilistica ai fini dell'identificazione del danno.
  • Attenzione al dettaglio, precisione.
  • Capacità di organizzare in autonomia l'attività lavorativa.
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi ERP o altri database.
  • Orientamento al cliente, con eccellenti capacità comunicative e di problem solving
  • Proattività.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
  • Pregressa esperienza nel settore Autonoleggio, gestione delle flotte, ispezione dei veicoli o in ruoli simili, costituiscono titolo preferenziale.

Aspettative retributive: RAL compresa tra €28.000 e €30.000 lordi annui.
