IT Support Technician II Location: Grand Rapids, MI Pay Grade: GR13   This is an on-site position. At this time, Flexco is only considering local candidates who can interview on-site and start right away.    Flexco, a leading global manufacturer of conveyor system solutions, is seeking an IT Support Technician II. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, infrastructure management, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral installations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and will provide top-notch support to our internal users. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others and creating a positive user experience. This role will be based out of the Grand Rapids location.    An IT Support Technician II at Flexco can expect a starting hourly range between $31.00 and $39.00 or more, depending on skills, education and experience.    Internal Flexco employees must be in good standing to apply and it is expected that each employee inform their manager before applying.    What you will need:                                                                                                    

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology field. Professional certification such as CompTIA A+, M365 Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent are a huge plus  ITIL, A+, Help Desk Analyst or Field Service Technician Certification is a plus CCNA or Network+ Certification a plus 5 years of experience installing and maintaining Windows based Servers and various operating systems, software applications, and hardware components. 5 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, laptops, and printers. Experience supporting MAC systems will be a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Ability to work collaboratively with others to solve problems.

What you will be doing:

User Support and Issue Resolution via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Incident Management Hardware and Software Support User Account Management and Access Control Asset Management Act as project lead for telecommunication, audio/visual (AV), handheld terminal and printer deployment projects. Research, recommend, implement, and maintain audio/visual (AV) solutions.
