Voor een productiebedrijf in de chocoladesector in Tienen zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde lijnverantwoordelijke voor 2 ploegen In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de productie en zorg je ervoor dat elke chocoladereep volgens de juiste normen wordt geproduceerd. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden aan jouw productielijn en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Je bedient en stelt de productiemachines correct af.
  • Je volgt de verschillende fases van het productieproces op, van het vormen en koelen tot het afgewerkte chocoladeproduct.
  • Je grijpt in bij afwijkingen en probeert kleine technische problemen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de voorschriften rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Je ondersteunt je collega's en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Je signaleert mogelijke verbeterpunten en denkt actief mee over een efficiëntere productie.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Technisch inzicht en vlot kunnen omgaan met machines en productie-installaties zijn belangrijk.
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak helpen om storingen snel aan te pakken.
  • Het overzicht bewaren en prioriteiten stellen, ook op drukke momenten, gaat je goed af.
  • Als teamspeler ondersteun en motiveer je collega's en draag je bij aan een goede samenwerking.
  • Nauwkeurig werken met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne is vanzelfsprekend.
  • Een voldoende goede kennis van het Nederlands is nodig om instructies te begrijpen en duidelijk te communiceren.
  • Je werkt graag in ploegendienst van 6.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 - 22.00.
