Als schrijnwerker werk je met hout aan diverse projecten, van maatwerkinterieurs tot raam- en deurkozijnen. Je leest technische plannen en zet deze om in nauwkeurig afgewerkte producten. Daarbij maak je gebruik van verschillende hand- en elektrisch gereedschap om stukken hout te zagen, schuren, monteren en afwerken. Je staat in voor het opmeten, voorbereiden en assembleren van houten constructies, zowel in de werkplaats als op locatie. Kwaliteit en oog voor detail zijn hierbij essentieel. Ervaren schrijnwerkers met minstens 5 jaar ervaring vinden hier volop uitdaging, maar ook een junior profiel met affiniteit voor hout kan zich ontwikkelen binnen dit takenpakket.Je werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband, waarbij een gestructureerde aanpak en motivatie zorgen voor een vlotte uitvoering van elke opdracht. Gewenst profiel en vaardigheden- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als schrijnwerker of een junior met duidelijke affiniteit voor hout- Nauwkeurig werken en een scherp oog voor detail- Gemotiveerd om kwaliteitsvol werk af te leveren- Maturiteit in aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidszin- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en toch vlot samenwerken met collega’s- Technisch inzicht en kennis van materialen en gereedschappen- Flexibel in planning en bereidheid om bij te leren waar nodig
